What we collect

Your name, email, and the files and notes you send with requests.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

Only to do your design work, bill you, and talk to you about your account.

Sharing

We don't sell your information. We only share it with the tools we use to run the service: Stripe for payments, Google Workspace for email and file delivery, Trello for your request board, Calendly if you book a call, and Netlify to host this website.

Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our fonts are hosted on this site. A few concept project pages load fonts from Google Fonts. The booking calendar on the call page is provided by Calendly, which may set its own cookies.

Deleting your data

Email hello@designyum.com and we'll delete it, except records we must keep for taxes.
